How many times have you overcooked steak, chicken or fish? When you are cooking a steak, it’s hard to find the right temperature and the right amount of cooking time to make it a perfect steak. How My Sous Vide Cooker Works
The Anova Sous Vide Immersion Cooker heats and circulates water to cook your steak. You can choose the size bowl that is appropriate for the amount of food you are cooking. Simply season your steak and vacuum seal it. To use your Anova Sous Vide Immersion Cooker connect it to the side of the container you are using, plug it in, and submerge your steak in the water. Use the manual controls of the app to the setting of your preference and hit go. Not only does it cook it to the right temperature, but it also breaks down the molecules and tenderizes the meat so you can a far better product than any other way. For example, we bought 25 lbs sirloin tip roast and we cooked it for 36 hours and it came out better than prime rib. A value-conscious piece of beef turned into one of the best pieces of meat I have ever cooked.
